The mailing address of the new owner is the Oriental House next door. Perhaps they're relocated to their own (and bigger) space.

Smart move on their part if its them. Much more visibility than tucked in that corner at Garlington Station.

Kind of expecting Panera to relocate from Greenridge in the future to one of the vacant freestanding restaurants on Woodruff Rd as well.

That would be a major change of OHR. They've always offered a cozy "Asian-American-style diner" atmosphere inside their current locations on Augusta Street and Woodruff Road.

You thinking to the Ruby Tuesday building? Could go in the old Chilis or Applebees locations.

Someone told me the Oriental House owners originally operated in the old Greenville Mall food court (called Oriental Express) then moved out to the Garlington Rd location when the mall was torn down for Magnolia Park. They expanded the Garlington Rd location once before I believe because it was originally smaller.

Not a clue. Clayton is the general contractor. Their sign is now up on site.
Seems odd, didn't they just renovate the old one? would be a much bigger parking lot in the olf LJS location tho...

and there is Fusion Japanese and Sushi Bar across the street. Oh well they already compete with all those in that vicinity on Woodruff.

I really like the Oriental House location on Augusta.
