I only slept a few hours if that...really one of the worst nights in awhile. After I went to bed and started to fall asleep I got 2 different phone calls--one from work--the girl I'm covering for Thursday night reminding me about Thursday night and then some organization wanting donations. Maybe that wound me up plus I guess thinking about my physical today was a big part of it. I'm very tired and will just be happy to get it over and done with!
I can't even have any coffee so that doesn't help...ugh! I'll leave at 9am so I can stop and feed my neighbors birds and my appointment isn't until 10:15am. I'll just go early hoping to get in early! Will stop by here again later.

From the outside I look good the doctor said, now for the blood work to come back. I have gained 2 pounds--yes! I am still so tired and just cannot seem to relax to nap. I tried. Maybe it's for the best so I will sleep well tonight hopefully since tomorrow night is that long night shift I am doing for the other girl at work. Hope I am well rested for that.

You are right, Cyn, having friends who care about you makes a big difference. We have a few CD friends that really help me cope with being a caregiver. Neither Felix nor I have any kids, so we are alone save the kind words of our friends. It really does help.
