Wyoming has laws in place that they can manufacture arms, to be used inside of the state and the federal government has no say so. That means silencers and such.
but in Wyoming, if a federal agent interferes with someone in state, they can be prosecuted and jailed as a felon. Wyoming is the only state that has that in their law.

Not a felon, it's a misdemeanor, up to 1 year incarceration, and up to $2000 fine or both and applies to state and federal officials. It has teeth, just incredibly small teeth that wouldn't, in reality, bother any serious attempt at federal enforcement. Other than that, it's pretty much identical to Alaska's even down to the State AG may defend a citizen prosecuted by the fed.
New Hampshire on the otherhand has Federal Officials guilty of a Class B felony, but that particular bill has been stuck in committee since 2010.

2 years in jail means felon.

New Wyoming Gun Law – Jail Terms for Feds
Executive Summary – Wyoming passed a new gun law similar to Tennessee and Montana. The Firearms Freedom Act. This law states that any gun made, sold and kept within the State of Wyoming is not subject to Federal Gun Control Laws. This means no registration. Wyoming did however go further that the other states. They said that any State or Federal Official who tries to enforce any federal firearm law regarding a firearm made, sold and kept in Wyoming could face a $2000 fine and two years in prison. See how the law reads: “A personal firearm, a firearm action or receiver, a firearm accessory, or ammunition that is manufactured commercially or privately in the state to be used or sold within the state is not subject to federal law or federal regulation, including registration, under the authority of congress to regulate interstate commerce.†(Note the federal government was never given the right to interfere with or regulate intrastate commerce (within a given state). “Any official, agent or employee of the United States government who enforces or attempts to enforce any act, order, law, statute, rule or regulation of the United States government upon a personal firearm, a firearm accessory or ammunition that is manufactured commercially or privately in Wyoming and that remains exclusively within the borders of Wyoming shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than two (2) years, a fine of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), or both.†(Please note if a federal agent was convicted of this law it would make him or her a felon and thus they could not own firearms and would be ineligible to hold a federal law enforcement position. And face firing and loss of pension. Of course if they ignore Wyoming convictions under this law then Wyoming may ignore all federal arrest warrants they felt to be inconsistent with the constitution like tax cases.)
Contrary to the 10th Amendment center, the engrossed bill HB0095 was amended prior to signing to reduce that penalty to one year, and $2k fine just like a state official. The bill as introduced did have that penalty, however during the time from introduction to engrossing, it was changed to 1 year, $2k fine. Here's a link to the enrolled bill as signed into law.

They have 1 climate: desert. Dry, arid, hot, desert. The entire state. And the economy is one of the worst in the country, housing market tanked, and the state is run by a bunch of wacko teabaggers. Personally, I would avoid Arizona.
....
First of all, to stay on the topic, Arizona is a very gun owner friendly state that does not have too many restrictions when it comes to allowing law-abiding citizens to own guns, and issuing CCW permits to such citizens, and unlike other states, The Second Amendment rights are still very much intact.
On the climate - Have you ever been to Arizona? As an Arizona native and resident, I can tell you that your description of "1 climate: desert. Dry, arid, hot, desert. The entire state" is definitely incorrect. about 50% of Arizona has mountainous regions that are above 4000 feet, and very scenic desert in the central area of the state, which includes the Phoenix area. The mountain areas do get winter climate that includes a lot of snow, that includes cities/towns like Flagstaff (elev 7000 feet), Showlow (elev 7000 feet), Pinetop (elev 8000 feet), Prescott (elev 5300 feet), Payson (elev 5000 feet), Williams (elev 6800 feet) those are only a few of the locations where they don't have the "1 climate" you described. We do get hot summers in Phoenix, but no humidity, and it's not hot the entire year. Falls, winters, and springs are very nice.
I have been to Flagstaff many times, spent many a night in a yurt at Fort Tuthill.
It didnt really mean it never got cold in Arizona or that it never snows, but it's pretty much arid EVERYWHERE. You cant deny that. Higher elevations around Flagstaff or Winslow get cooler and get snow, but it's ****ing desert and dry. To say there are lots of climates is completely disingenuous.
I thought this topic is about states that are friendly to gun owners..
We are both avid shooters and hunters. We are trying to figure out where to relocate to. A large part of the criteria is that the State of choice is very...very gun owner friendly, and that locations to shoot are plentiful. What do you all suggest? (retired...so jobs are not an issue) All your wisdom is welcome....thanks in advance for your suggestions
Alaska and Texas are probably 2 of the best.
