Sure it was in the post I made and you quoted. I seriously doubt this WHO ranking is accurate when The USA and Cuba are practically the same ranking.
Because the ranking takes into account a variety of metrics and in some of those, such as coverage of the population, cost and economic impact on individuals and the overall economy, the USA does quite badly.
I'm not seeing any benefits in this new plan. looks to me like its going to cost more for less services.
Exactly what I experienced under ACA - especially once premiums rose so much I couldn't afford them anymore.
The government really needs to step away from insurance.

Add hospitals and doctors to the greedy list.
I was charged $1219 for an item I can google for $200. Yes, I know all about negotiated rates but honestly it's all bs. Just make a reasonable charge and stick with it.
Vast numbers of Americans are shortening their lives by obesity and bad foods. No amount of healthcare spending is going to cure that.
Fat and dairy kill.
That's sort of a red herring. What about the good people who aren't obese and who eat a healthy diet? Don't they deserve decent health care? And maybe some preventative counseling could stem the obesity.
I know I was able to quit smoking many years ago due to medical coverage that included a class on smoking cessation.

Yes, I want to see everybody have access to good healthcare.
I was pointing out the reason why US health outcomes will never be better than other countries, no matter what we spend or what system we adopt.
And, I'm one of those that believes the onlyhealthy diet is a high fiber vegan diet, which is around 3.5% of the US population (such as recommended by Dr Mcdougall). https://www.drmcdougall.com/

They may be. But its different issue than having affordable health care available for everyone. Its not on topic.
I'm sure people in other countries don't eat well either. In fact, smoking and alcohol use are probably bigger problems in many countries than in the USA. Yet, somehow these countries manage to provide affordable health care to most of their citizens.
America has a stupid electorate and evil, craven politicians. It is as simple as that. This stupid electorate voted for the know-nothing, care-nothing liar-in-chief, and would follow the imbecile over a cliff. They blather on about socialism, that health care is not a right, and demand people be financially punished if they lose a job and their insurance along with it, or are born with a birth defect, and then have the stupidity to rail and rail on abortion and right-to-life - at the very same time they are refusing to guarantee health care and a right-to-life for those already born. You can't make this stuff up.
