How often do you bathe/shower? (hair, exercise, eye, effects)

I shower (never bathe) once a day when it's super hot but often every other day. There is a movement of sorts not to use shampoo ("no 'poo") because of its drying effects but so far I am not on board. But yeah, I don't necessarily shower every day.
I love to shower. I shower twice a day. Before I met my partner, he showered every other day. To us women that is pretty gross, sorry! Now he showers everyday, sometimes twice with me.
It depends. I have recently taken up an exercise plan that sees me working out 5-6 days per week. I definitely shower after those workouts -- some women might "glow" as a result of exercise. Not me. I sweat and it's not pretty at all.
I don't wash my hair every time I shower, though -- it's extremely thick and prone to dryness and frizzies, particularly with daily shampooing. I use dry shampoo on the days that I work out and don't want to wash my hair.
Prior to this, I was an every other day showerer in the winter, and generally a daily showerer in the summer just because I feel grimier in the summer.
I have a friend that is brutally honest -- don't ask her if you look fat in your jeans unless you want the real answer, that sort of thing. One day, I asked her if I smelled bad after not showering that day (wearing deodorant, no perfume)...she said no while maintaining eye contact, so I'm choosing to believe her.
I work from home in Denver. Between the dry desert air and the fact that I often don't go off my property for more than brief errands during the week, it can sometimes be two or three days between showers, especially if I'm under deadline. It's interesting - back on the east coast, I would sometimes shower or bathe multiple times a day - I always felt dirty or smelly. That humidity and moisture in the air can make a HUGE difference. Here, I never get that "scummy" feeling on my skin, so unless I'm being really active, I don't feel compelled to shower all the time.
Now if I'm headed out to socialize or go to a class, I've definitely showered. But if I'm just hanging out at home, I don't really get freaked out by letting some days pass between showers these days.
I have a stand up stall with 4 body sprayers and a large overhead shower head.
Better believe I use it everyday.
