Enough changed to where Houston couldn't make the playoffs in the second year like the Jags and Panthers. You can't dispute that. Now currently, the team should have made the playofs in 2008 at least. As for the Mavs, do post their younger players. All you guys have is Roddy B. Currently, the Mavs have no future as Cuban never invested in it. It was always "win now" which never happened. Compare that to the Rockets, who are very young and talented and have multiple draft picks (including the Knicks' picks the next two years).

Bad game against a decent team that absolutely had to win. Houston will be okay. Let's see if Dallas can take advantage of a rather overrated NFC East.

They are not a game ahead of Dallas in anything other than pride. They aren't in the same division or conference. They won't meet again unless it's the superbowl.
