I would imagine that Toll Brothers is going to keep developing that land into its Reserve at Katy. From what I can see they are selling well...can't build them fast enough. Even looking at that area through the Google maps feature where you can go back to 2008 it is crazy how different it looks.

This thread hasn't been bumped in a while but the Kroger Marketplace is open along with several smaller establishments and work has begun on phase 2 across the street.

Not with Albertson's purchasing Safeway. Changes are coming under the new management. The three Albertson's in Florida are run from the Houston office and served by the Cypress distribution center and were just rebranded as Safeways. The Randall's brand may disappear and get rebranded as Safeway or Albertsons; it's a toss-up right now. Dallas has the Albertson's brand active right now.

Hi,

Could anyone please help me. I am planning to buy home at Reserve at katy Trace( Harstad Manor Drive Katy). There is an empty lot behind Reserve at Katy lot and next to Kroger. On the other side of the spring green blvd road, empty site available. Anyone has any idea what is future construction coming up surrounded by reserve at Katy. I checked newquest, still need information on empty lots which was not covered in newquest.

Thank you
June

You could ask the HOA in that area. They usually know as businesses go in. Or if it's in the City of Katy boundaries, the city would know.

I would do a FBCAD map search and click on the property in question. See who owns it, but they could always sell it to someone else down the road.
