Is there any guidelines or regulations to have an outdoor shower attached to a building. All the websites that show how to construct one says that there should be a platform to stand on and that's it. It in Limestone county not city.

I'm not sure I understand your question but I would assume you can construct one if it's in unincorporated Limestone County since No building inspections are required in unincorporated Limestone County.
