Five houses in City of Madison priced over $500K went on market yesterday including three in Cliff's Cove with one priced over $1.3M; were layoffs announced last week? This was a large amount of inventory to come on the market on the same day.

16 homes in total hit the market yesterday (Madison). I was "whoa", immediately wondering what was going on since the (most active) "selling/buying season" is over. BTW - on Friday I was looking at the Mortgage Foreclosure Notices on al.com, and recognized at least three houses in Madison that had previously been on the market for some 3 months (some with a foreclosure disclosure "sold as is", "right of redemption" in the ad flyer, some didn't mention anything of foreclosure, just lingered enough on the market, so they finally went into the pits).

Could still be related to NASA and Constellation. It sometimes takes a while to get a home ready to sale.

Unless he is officially announcing the Raytheon deal, then I'm not sure. It possibly has to deal with the Delphi plant in Decatur and aircraft.
