See above for radar. Pretty much no changes to earlier. With the heavy rain comes possible flooding, gusty winds, brief small tornadoes, minor coastal flooding. Outside of where the main rain blob goes: not much likely to happen basically.
Storm is being sheared, dryer air to its Southwest and hitting colder waters so looks like a Sub-Tropical Storm now but effects still the same, with the action taking place where that main blob of rain goes while the center itself is basically a naked swirl of clouds.
Getting closer. Get those rain gauges ready. Just started raining in NYC. Watch Atlantic City's metar turn dark green (heavy rain). Temps and Dews in the 70s.
Center of it is getting closer to the Jersey shore
