I believe that sassyone is correct here.

Although; if enroute to help while transporting a probable illegal immigrant-------I strongly doubt that the Good Samaritan would get in trouble.

Wrong, it does not matter if they are dying. Read a little further of that article and you will see what happened with those college kids. Ask the border patrol yourself, you are not to have them in your vehicle for any reason. You guys deal with the Border Patrol ask them.

Money is not a consideration. They've been printing more and more lately.

Money has not been a consideration for him so far, but I still do not think that he cares about immigration. We will see

The money is already appropriated.

Much of the building materials are in place - waiting for installation.

The fence continues to be built - a very good thing.

I have asked the Border Patrol (a very dear friend is a BP supervisor out of Sierra Vista) - the rule you refer to relates to assisting illegal entry.

Humanitarian aid is not prosecuted - even if it means transporting to a medical facility or another aid station (i.e. BP)

Could you give me the name of your Border patrol friend as I have friends that would appreciate this information. Be cause we were told under no uncertain terms that transporting an illegal is a felony and they did not mince
words. We will have to check with the Tucson sector as it seems they are not all on the same page.

After what happened to BP agents Campean and Ramos; the BP not being on the same page does not surprise me.
