I don't like our tax dollars spent on either of them. However, I would rather help the citizens of the Ukraine who have done us no harm than the millions of illegals in our country who have harmed us.

That’s kind of the point.

Maybe it is a good thing.

By giving them that housing, they aren't hiding out elsewhere that one doesn't want them.

After this last wildfire in my region, there is a fear in the back of my mind of some squatter down in my forest who is going to burn the whole place down. So there is a little benefit that they have, in theory, easier housing to be at......I mean, one way or another, they are already here.

And as a conservative I never thought I would say this but 40 billion could alleviate the student debt debacle. Our young people need a hand up after the educational system has screwed them.

I disagree. Why should our tax dollars go to house illegal aliens and bogus asylum seekers when we have so many homeless citizens? Illegal aliens need to be deported, period!

I disagree with this also. If you incurred a debt then you should pay up. Anyway, student debt has nothing to do with this topic.

Could alleviate a lot of car loan debt too. Why give a break to students? It's discriminatory on the surface.
