What is this "ethnic ties" garbage you keep bringing up? That's a ridiculous concept rooted in racism.

That's crazy
No, I would send the Texas National Guard elsewhere so they stop interfering with CBP's activities. Maybe send them to Minot, North Dakota to patrol the Air Force Base there.

Biden also issue for not using his executive power by shutting down the border to figure sometime out . The vice president she another one what she have done since she been in office. The U.S should temporarily hold trade with Mexico until everyone on same page Mexico allowing thousands of people walk through freely without documents. Canada should end visa waiver with Mexico to slow down the flow at northern border.

The United States need more technology at the Mexican and Canadian border use drones cameras, motion detection along border and few miles away in remote areas. A 360 camera with night vision to detect people crossing. Build 40 feet wall at Mexican border with triple layer steel wall, razor wires at bottom and top. The wall have motion detection. Hire more judges and use AI look at claims after human approve or disapprove the claim. Reform immigration I would say skilled workers like doctors, nurses, construction, engineers, tech startups with futuristic ideas can move to USA on 2 year permit but in good standing as well background check it would be 10 year green card can be renewed. Normal workers at farm, factories as well. You would have 250,000 skilled workers and 150,000 normal workers per year. The family and marriage visa would stay the same.
You can't build those types of walls on the US border. Too many areas are subject to flooding if waterflow is blocked, and the flooding will destroy the wall.

Blocking trade with Mexico would harm the US. The US exports $1 billion per day of goods and services to Mexico.

Those walls won't work on the US/Mexico border.

They aren't interfering with CBP activities as much as interfering with illegal crossing activities. Biden administration is complaining, because that's what they do. The rank and file CBP officers are all for this, the CBP union has endorsed this action, calling it a "force multiplier".

Why would TX state national guard patrol in another state?

Wait!

The President of US can deploy Texas National Guard under Title 10 to active duty even though United States is not "In time of war or of national emergency declared by Congress"?

What statute gives Texas the ability to enforce borders and immigration? Here's a hint, that's not something states can do.

I don't give a crap what CBP officers think. They are paid to do a job. If they don't like the work environment, they can quit at any time.

I am responding to your comment "stop interfering with CBP's activities" with my response that it is not interfering, but enhancing, their activities. However your second paragraph makes it clear that you don't care at all about their activities or mission...so we are done here.

CBP officers and agents are paid to babysitting migrants, making sandwiches, and doing hospital runs?

Are you 100% sure that’s what “they are paid to do a job”? Is that part of their job description as federal law enforcement officers?

This is the CBP mission statement: "Protect the American people, safeguard our borders, and enhance the nation's economic prosperity."

It's clear that the other poster you are responding to has something else in mind, not sure what, maybe it is making sandwiches. But it certainly has nothing to do with the above mission statement and thus he has no relevance to this thread. So he gets the ignore click.

Not just CBP agents and officers from all over the country are deploying to SWB to do dumb non-LE job.

HSI Special Agents and Federal Air Marshall are also on the hook to the SWB. They are deploying to the SWB to drive buses and change diapers

LoL
