In 1951 the country wasn't an overpopulated mess like it is today. It was a prosperous country being that it was the only one that left WW2 fairly unscathed. 2009 is a different story. We need a new plan of action and it starts with removing every illegal alien out of this country and shutting the borders down for a good 10 years until we get ourselves back together.
