I get a kick out of #17, It is forbidden to torture.
I would like to see the actual scripture about that, I don't recall reading anything like that in all of the Qur'an and sunnah.
In fact, Muhammed, "The perfect man", the person you are ordered to emulate. Was quite good at torture.
I can cite a virtually endless list of tortures comitted by Muhammed.
From pulling out teeth, to chopping off limbs, to starting a fire on a persons chest to extract info on where the treasure is, to splitting a woman in half with camels, tied to her legs. etc.

Some are worse than others, but all refer back to the original source, the Qur'an and sunnah.
I wonder if all this condemnation isnt just for political/religious posturing and in reality is more a wink wink nudge nudge affair.
Seems to me a combined military effort from those countries you listed should be much more effective at eliminating this brand of terrorist in short order.
Guerrilla warfare is a difficult battle. Something we with all our resources learned very well in Vietnam.
Also look at what a handful of rebels did to the British Empire in 1776. It is hard to fight an enemy that is difficult to identify.
Also look at the Military resources of the Islamic Nations. Virtually nil. Most Islamic Nations have not developed a strong organized military.
The only Islamic Nation with significant Military strength is Turkey. But they seem to be needing it for their own defense as ISIS approaches the Turkish border.
Keep in mind this was a list of crimes ISIS is committing. Their eradication of Christians is a violation of the Qur'an and Sunnah

Qur'an (9:29) - "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued." Suras 9 and 5 are the last "revelations" that Muhammad handed down - hence abrogating what came before, which includes the oft-quoted verse 2:256 -"Let there be no compulsion in religion...".
Looking closer at that list, It was obviously made for dumb westerners, I can destroy the entire thing
