The next step is to wait for a call from HR in the next couple of weeks for processing and drug test. Don't lose hope everybody . Sometimes the hiring manager will turn things over to HR and that's where it may take a few weeks to hear back. It took me almost a month to hear back.
you are switching jobs over 50 cents?????

I hope you put your application in with the Cosmo by now. They are looking for people with personalities. Go for it! The nice situation at this hotel, no one will have senority over you. Everyone will be day one employees. When I went to my first interview, I was told that they are hiring people not resumes. If its not too late, give them everything you got. Good luck

DAM$ they don't make a tongue in cheek emoticon......

I was commenting on the other persons belief about over 45 not being hired cause of age....thank you for disproving that.....

I have noticed that:
1. When you don't get the general managers position with your 4th grade education,
2. When you don't get the cage managers job cause of that lil bank robery on your record,

It is ALWAYS the casino discriminating against YOU....

I hope that they hold true to this, I can say with all honesty I stuck out in my audition, but I have no hotel experience, however I do have 13 yrs of customer service under my belt!!

We'll see good luck to all!!

I'm banking on tips being better at The Cosmo. 60% of my income should be tips. At Aria it's more like 30%.That's 1000's of dollars per year difference.
