what don't you agree with?

most women don't date presidential candidates.
My point is, she could have found some dingwad millionaire with nothing to offer but money. Think Anna Nicole Smith doing whatever it is she did with J Howard Marshall.

Dennis isn't all that rich. He obviously has more on the table than a mere couple million bucks. A million dollars really isn't a whole lot of money when you get down to it. It hasn't been in a very long time.

The thread revival was my fault. I was checking through your post history looking for that subject we spoke about in DM. While searching, I came across this thread, thinking it was new.

Have to add, it is interesting seeing your transformation. You seem stress free now.

I was a civilian contractor. Not in uniform. Don't want to collect kudos that are not-intended. Contractors are part of the fight, but contractors sacrifice security, support, camaraderie, and healthcare for salary.

You get paid a lot of money but if something happens you are on your own. You are a body in a slot and nobody owes you anything.

Thats good. I actually thought you were a troll at first.

I will become one of those 'slots' in the near future. Trying to figure out how to handle balancing Reserves and gov contract work.

contracting stateside is cool. It's a normal job. like everybody in N.VA works for a contractor. It's the downrange stuff that's high reward and a lil more risky....good $$$ though if you a skill-set that they need..it, intel, psd, etc.

i would go gov if i could for the stability....

After going down range 5 times already for just family separation pay, I might as well do it for some real money. All my close peers that I have trained personally are over there making 110k-150k. I was hired back in 2006 but reenlisted instead.

I took the stable safe route.
