Actually 2sleepy destroyed your basic thesis. That there is some significant flow of techs from SF to SLC. Certainly there are some. But there are also some the other way and some to other places even including my Las Vegas.

It didn't destroy anything. It is a fact that for the last several years there has been a steady flow of businesses and jobs from SF relocating to Utah just as it is a fact many of the employees of said tech jobs have, and are, following the workflow TO Utah. There are countless news articles about it as well as a quick Google search of the Silicon Slopes in Utah to verify. Or, alternately we can continue living the delusion that jobs and people AREN'T leaving the feces capital of America San Trashcisco.

This not hard. Simple cite your credible sources that there is a significant net flow from SF to SLC.

We await your data...You might even be right. But I find no support.

You can't really deny facts and the fact is people are fleeing SF like crazy.

Simply not true. There may well be a minor outflow but the population is stable to increasing.

That is not remotely a "fleeing San Francisco like crazy".

Check the average selling price of a house in SF or San Jose

Disprove something that you can't seem to provide evidence of? I don't think so...

You're confusing tiny housing market with people fleeing.

Housing is expensive because they can't build high rises thanks to the government.
People are fleeing because they can't afford houses and there's literally human poop covering every square inch of the city.

Damn EA. You are gullible.

Been watching that area now for 40 years. Almost moved there 30 years ago. Wish I had. Then again i would have done even better to stay where I was.

It will take a lot more than a little poop to derail SF. And you do not want to live there...just nearby. Get out to the peninsula and you find happiness.

No,no it isn't hard at all. There is a website called Google, use it to your advantage. You and the clown from that toilet bowl claim businesses and people aren't leaving the city known literally for being covered in feces. Prove that they aren't and how I am wrong. Stomping your feet claiming it isn't true is neither proof nor "blowing your thesis out of the water."

Tell ya what.....

But yeah, no one is leaving the feces capital of America, much less trading homeless Berkley and UCLA Grads panhandling for their dope money to go work and live in the reasonably priced, beautiful mountain. Surrounded Silicon Slopes. Clearly.

The fact is there is a mass exodus from San Trashcisco, L.A., San Diego and the rest of the Morons Republic of California. Apparently not everyone enjoys living among homeless drug addicts defecating everywhere nor being overran with illegal aliens living off of welfare. Couple in the sky high taxes, sky high cost of living to live in a literal s-hole and it is no wonder there is a California exodus.
