HOA pool regs......
How would you wise, bright, folks handle this situation. I went down to the HOA pool at 13:00. I man was standing there drying off his naked 5 or 6 yo kid. He was about 10 feet from the door to the clean restroom. There are about 20 units with a view of the pool. What does a wise person do?

What does HOA stand for?
I would also ask why is your kid naked? Can't you dry them off without having them strip naked?
