Reverse osmosis removes most fluoride, so the answer is yes. I don't know about spring water.

I love Real Water. Once I tried it and never went back to any other bottled water.

Real Water is first softened by passing thru a resin bed.
Then is charcoal filtered.
Then run thru a double reverse osmosis system.
Then run thru an de-ionizing bed to remove any latent ions.
Then run thru an UV light system to sanitize and kill bacteria.
Then run thru an ozone chamber to kill any possible bacteria.
Then run thru an 1 micron filter.
Then treated with trace amounts of magnesium and potassium.

So, it is very pure water that is alkalized and maintains a negative ionization.
It taste really light and doesn't leave a heavy feeling in your stomach after drinking it.

I tried real water, but it was expensive and it did not taste any different than Glacier water to me.

Yeah, it's expensive by the small bottles so now I have it delivered 5 gallon bottles for 5.50 a bottle, and free dispenser rental.

I have drank tap water every day, every year (16 years) since I've lived here, and cook with it!
While I don't have a huge fear of drinking tap water, I do have to say that as I use rubber gloves to wash dishes...these gloves turn gray in no time from the water. That doesn't thrill me. I have never had that happen before.
