Love that one. I would never have the nerve...though I have made lamp posts vanish.

The subject of some debate in real estate circles...where is the line between puffery, which is allowed, and deceit, which is not.

I actually think this one is clearly puffery though obviously you are going to get nailed.

I have a new sweetie, he got me a new dishwasher and installed it, he is out back building a enclosed patio and he got me some Sterling Cab.
I can't say what victorias secret has in store for him. I am cooking butternut squash risotto a roasted chicken and some panang curry veggies.

I wished all of my chickens a happy valentines day. They didn't care much for the hugs.

Remember, using a feather is erotic, using a chicken is kinky

The aisles you tarry, you don't have to sell that Valspar™ paint in the night
Roxanne, you don't have to wear that vest tonight, Should they use steel or brass fittings
you don't care if your wrong of if your right

Roxanne, you don't have to put on that red vest,

you don't have to put on that red vest

Metro having a budget deficit, asking and want taxpayers to pay more taxes. Metro I have something for you.

A couple months back my car was hit in the parking lot at work. The person that hit my car did not have a driver license only an ID and cannot produce a proof of motor vehicle insurance. Over the phone, I pleaded for Metro to show up and assist myself and our security officer at work regarding the accident that just happened. Metro refused to show up saying it happened in a pvt property.

Turns out, according to my insurance company, the person that hit my car did not even own the car and the person that owns the car does not have insurance.

LOST REVENUE for Metro since they did not show up to issue a ticket to the person that hit my car and now I have a busted wheel cover and dent on my car. Thanks Metro but NO THANKS, I do NOT want to pay more taxes.
