Anyone else seen the movie 'Hardeights'? It's about a gambler junkie old dude who takes a young man under his wing and teaches him how to win a decent chunk a change on the floors of Vegas. Kind of an old "Sinatra" kind of guy and the guy he takes under his wing played alongside Will Ferrell in Ricky Bobby's 'Daytona Nights.' It also stars Cybil Shepherd...I...I mean Gwyneth Paltrow! The joys of DirecTV, the DirecTV remote and blobs of satellite movie channels. I love it when they just plop some extra channels in there for ya ta "try out."

Good movie - captures Vegas in all it's glory.

Yep. The older guy's motivation was to help the son of a man he either harmed or killed.

That's right, curiousgeorge5. That's explains his need to help this younger guy out. He at least had a pretty good heart, eh?

Not sure why the post about the room theft at The Quad was deleted. There are other reviews online about the property involving theft. One person awoke to find a thief rifling through his belongings at 3am. This report is particularly concerning. http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/the-qu...tel-in-1104044

Well, I finally went down to Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico to get my teeth fixed. My view of it, you might wonder? Why didn't I do this sooner? I talked to one of their young van drivers and he said that 3 years ago it would've been more dangerous because of who was in power in Mexico City. It apparently was Vincente Fox for a long time and he didn't stop what was going on.

Anyway, I got 5 teeth pulled out and one crown in the front re-glued back in. Then I also got partial dentures for the top and bottom. Get this. Total price? $600. Incredible. I have the price list for my American dentist, they're in Las Cruces, NM. The total for all of this work at their dentist would have been $4,200!

My mouth feels fine, the antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and pain medicines were only $39.90. There is no pain really at all. Incredible. They are called Washington Dental Service and I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work done at about 70% savings.

That's incredible, elkotronics. I had work done about 4 years ago at home, so I guess it would have dangerous to go there at that time.

I didn't know it was safe to go to Juarez for anything medical, even now.

Juarez, Chuihuahua? 2 of my favorite things!

Juarez is a tequila, and well, chihuahuas are the best dogs ever invented
