Probably too busy with the new job and girlfriend to waste time here.

I'd have no luck at all if not for the bad.

I'm also concerned!

As they say: Silence can be louder than a scream!

Time to stop the "screaming"!

EA - did ya run over a large chunk of metal on the road? Yikes. I noticed a large crack in my windshield last night. Apparently while I was at work overnight Wednesday night a quarter-sized piece of hail nailed my windshield. It was a big 'ole classic Midwest storm that sent my wife downstairs in our rental house to wait the thing out. A tornado hit Dodge City, KS, the last place we lived, in May I believe it was - that was also a big'un. Whoa. It turned to the west and trailed along the western edge of the city taking out a few roofs but no one was seriously hurt. Sent a few people to the hospital in town. I've never even turned in a claim for a windshield with a pit in it before, much less a crack. This oughta be fun.

I do question at times how she put up with me all these years and feel like I'm the lucky one.

Congrats! I'm sure you'll love it when you get here. I do, it's been 3.5 years now.

These tires are old and rotted. Had 4 brand new ones installed today. About to go install steering bushings and wire up the electric fan and it should be good to go until someone hits me.

Sorry for all your bad luck recently. Your welcome to drink from my liqueur stash to ease the pain.

EA, sure hope things turn around for you pretty soon. What trade are you in? Do you do mostly commercial/industrial type work?

We went out for our anniversary dinner last night at our favorite Italian place. Great dinner as it always is. The conversation was mainly about the move to Vegas next year and my wife is pretty jazzed up about it. She's working on transferring her nursing license to Nevada and has a friend working at Dominican St. Rose hospital. She's going to get in touch with her for some inside info.

The housing market here is pretty hot right now. Values are up and inventory is low. Our house, which is almost paid for, will go on the market May 1st and should sell quickly. It will be a little tricky logistically to buy a place out there and make the move, but we're ready to do it.

I am in the carpenter's union. I do framing and drywall. Not a lot of that going on here.
