Depends on what type of job you are going after but most corporations, even though they have adopted a more casual policy, still prefer the clean shaven look.

I was thinking the other day, where I come from in Ohio, a great place to work and big in demand is UPS. They always had very high paying part-time jobs that often led into full time work with great benefits. I never hear anyone mention working there out here and I was wondering, is there not a terminal here?

Another good one MomMom is the view on the sw side of 215 by Russell right before the road curves to the north. You get a very clear view of Red Rock and all the Spring Range in all its beautiful snowcapped glory

Im going to continue to sketch MomMom and will post them here

I wanted to add that in my sketch there is a word bubble that got blurred out above the blue car. The word bubble says "Shine Sweet Free, Shine the Light on Me" from the Michael McDonald song "Sweet Freedom" Im a very strange almost 21 year old, everytime I drive Summerlin Parkway I feel compelled to play that song as I view the mountains from SP

And on another note Im going to be attending the jobs fair at the palms today. I want to look professional. I have grown a beard. Should I shave all my facial hair for the job fair today?
You are a wonderful 21 year old, someone with a good head on his shoulders and a kind heart.

You keep sketching, and keep posting them here, they are wonderful! There is so much natural beauty in the Las Vegas Valley!

The beard...hmmm. I don't know how the hotels view employees with beards, come to think of it, maybe someone else on here who knows the hiring processes and can advise you on that.

Davie, If the beard is straggly cut it off. If it is full without patches make sure that it is well trimmed. No one wants to hire Robinson Cruso's man Friday.

Yes...if it looks like Chuck Norris' beard....you're ok.

I would shave the beard if it was me. Just one of those things that's easier to play on the safe side. That is unless you are applying to be a lumber jack and then they may turn you away without a beard.
