Actually, veggie broth would be a better bet for the soup.
Only lived in southern Utah for 6 years, but really loved the time there. Next time we go back to stay will be different. Definitely want to buy a house. Cannot handle renting and always having to hide the cats like before. All their ads for rentals read "No smoking pets." My pets never smoked! And i would never have let them either. lol

Someday if our homes ever go back up in value. Stuck here until that day comes. Can't buy a home without money... And it would have to have a big kitchen, plenty of counter space, preferably far from a school, no pot growers across the street. lol

Good news on the job front
I have an interview tomorrow morning at the Eastern/Windmill Smiths tomorrow morning at 11 AM, it would be in the Meat Dept like Vons, only the pay would be $1.75 an hour more, with more hours. I have a very good feeling about it...wish me luck
Am also working for The Pool Guy, I got to go all over Las Vegas today cleaning pools. It was nice to be out and about and I really enjoyed it, and I cant wait to do it again
