Pit bulls look vicious and are vicious. A child is dead. period. I know of another case of a woman who was walking around a track and stalked by two pit bulls. She could not outrun them and they nearly tore her arm off. She spent six months in the hospital. I have no sympathy for these monsters.
I agree. If pit bulls kill anyone and get shot any sympathy I have for them vanishes instantly.
Nassau and Suffolk should ban them. most people would approve. If the idiots don't like it, move to NYC. They're currently only banned in Larchmont

You want to eliminate a deadly animal people tend to keep around you should go after horses. Roughly 100 people die each year from horse related accidents, including being kicked in the head, trampled or thrown.
