Yes it's expensive to keep people in jail but what value do you put on someone's life or safety ? Maybe that person in jail would of killed someone .

What are you talking about "putting people in jail that we dislike " ? All criminals are in jail due to crimes committed .
Can you give some examples of people that are in jail "because we don't like them "???

Yes I don't like criminals. There I said it . I'm prejudiced against them and discriminate against them too .

Electric chair on your third time in jail , think crime won't go down ?
How many "chances" should we be giving people ?
2Sleepy lives in Sacaremento, it's probably just as bad there.

Just curious , why do you have such a soft spot for criminals ? It's pretty fascinating .
You weren't joking why try to change up on us now? Life imprisonment? that's common in many states after 3 violent felonies and I have no particular problem with it except that it is not clear that an offender who was dangerous at 25 will still be a risk to the public at 75 but that's probably an argument better decided by the public who vote for or against 3 strike laws.

But why did you feel it necessary to resort to an ad hominem attack jm?

I wasn't resorting to an attack. I just asked why you are so soft on crime. You don't have to answer the question though .

Don't care what they do in prison as long as they're nowhere near my neighborhood and it has no impact on my life or livelihood.

Yeah I agree . The MS13 gang members can have support puppies and crayon and hot cocoa as long as they are away from society and stop terrorizing people and communities.

Also it's likely more the sanctuary city neighborhoods that MS13 is recruiting from versus solely jails .
Stop sanctuary cities and a lot of the problem will take care of itself .

The ostrich in the sand policy: if I can't see it, it doesn't exist.

They already had those and had to stop them when it leaked to the public in the 90's
