Indeed, the Russians in west hollywood are notoriously difficult to deal with. And they are bigger (and whinier) beneficiaries of rent control and government subsidities than anyone in the city.

Next time one goes to Laural hardware, or abbey, or somewhere on the sunset strip know that half the drink cost is going to welfare checks for weho russians. lol

As to West Ho, LA and many other places' abused welfare system--it is the corrupt government employees who work in it and take bribes who make it bad, and they're not Russian-speaking.

The owner of Stolichnaya bakery is not Russian. OK?

As to stealing from the County... it takes two to tango, and there's a counterpart in the County--and every time they steal, from County, State or even the Feds, you got the corrupt government workers who sit on the feeder and know damn well how to cover up their deeds. Their "rates" aren't that secret.
