Warm 26 Forest? Are you nuts? lol I'm freezing cold, have been since last night when we left your place. Sorry bout' missing dinner, this virus is kicking my butt. Came here to say hello to everyone, and check mail. Back to bed now. Feel somewhat better today, but still very icky. Will be back when I'm back to myself. I hate being fuzzy brained, and icky feeling. Oh wait, fuzzy brained is normal.

26 is much warmer than 16, which is warmer than -8.

Am I 'nuts'? Well,.....

I do understand that you are feeling cold. If you need to warm yourself up, our jacuzzi stands ready.

Dinner last night was spaghetti with Zucchini, bell peppers, onions, and beef in the sauce. Home made white bread, Bonnie twisted it into a braid

Your butt appears to be easily kicked.

Being "fuzzy brained", and "icky feeling" sounds bad better stay in bed.

Thank you for your assistance cutting and wrapping that pig yesterday, hope you can some day enjoy all that pork

Your barn roof should be more leak proof now, and your rabbits & goats should be much drier now, after yesterday's working party

Stay in bed, and drink lots of fluids

May God bless you.

Thanks guys! I am feeling even better this afternoon. I take care of 4 girls under age 7, and they've all had this. Some worse than others. When one of the 3 year olds ended up with a 104 degree fever Wednesday I started taking garlic and onion raw, and eating chicken soup frequently, as well as taking Vitamin C drops. Seems to have really helped. Felt fine through Thursday and Friday, with the other 3 year old and the 4 year old being sick in bed w/ fevers... and the 7 year old seeming to be getting it AGAIN. Saturday was fine slaughtering the piggie at Forest's house. Did fine till the evening at the VFW meat raffle, started w/ a sore throat, and feeling not quite right... then Sunday morning it hit me. By this morning I was feeling better a bit, and now this afternoon except a slightly stuffy head I'm good. Last night had a fever though, and was really feeling yucky. But I'm on the mend!!! Yay!

Ah, thankfully I'm just the nanny. lol. 4 girls would wear me out in a day if I had them fulltime! I'm meant to be the mother of boys!!! I love them as though they were mine, but I am glad to go home at the end of the day. I just called over there, and all are feeling better now. They'll be rariing to go in the morning I'm sure.

I'm back.

I had to attend a VFW meeting tonight. It is insane the things that these old guys can find to argue about. Arrrgh. I am the post chaplain, so I do try to be the cool head. But listening to them argue, for hours at a time, I do get frustrated.
