Here's one probably no one ever has! Hamburgers and hotdogs, macaroin salad, and potato salad, pickles, chips, iced tea and beer! Hopefully it will stop raining long enough to eat outside on the patio!

Sounds delicious, Maineah!

Wish I could send, as an attachment, some our over-abundant sunshine
so you cold eat out on the patio.

Anyone have any rhubarb growing? I am craving rhubarb this week. Wanna trade- sunshine and heat for some stalks??

I'll make that trade!! We have a good patch across the street from us. It's almost ready to bolt to seed. The strawberries are ripe now too. Strawberry rhubarb pie anyone?

I also grilled sirloin strips over charcoal and hickory wood, fresh broccoli with butter and lemon and fluffy white rice with a nice glass of wine. It was all perfect...especially the broccoli; it came out just perfect--brilliant green but tender all the way thru......the steaks rare to med rare and some really excellent unadulterated horseradish on the side! Later some "Maine Deer Tracks" ice cream! I out did myself.

OK elston, I'm drooling now. Sounds delicious! Much better than my bean and cheese quesadillas. I did manage to doctor them up with a diced up tomato and some fresh basil.
Right now my 5 year old daughter and I, being the only one's home, are eating graham crackers with left over cake icing

I used to put left over cake frosting on saltines....loved the sweet saltiness.
