I probably did. I'm on the lookout for a 55 gallon barrel we can build a fire in. We left ours down there to share and rather than just use it, someone took it.

Gees, I'm almost talking myself into wanting winter now. No! Not yet!

What will you do with the fire in the barrel? People in the country here burn trash in those barrels. Just curious...

We use it to warm up around and be able to see everyone fly down the pit. You make holes around the bottom of the barrel to let air in, get the fire going and drop in a piece of firewood now and then. This is extreme sliding. It's a gravel pit with extremely steep sides. You're adventurous - you'll love it! I'm looking for pics.

I've had the fire department here twice for having a fire in a 55 gallon drum! There was nothing they could do about it as it was contained but they came anyway.
