Those dogs give me the creeps when I run across them. I don't want anything to do with them because you never know what kind of owner they have. They definitely seem to snap more than any other breed, although even Shepard's go off now and then: https://www.boston25news.com/news/lo...M4PXYAQ2RW3TI/

There’s been so many cases of pittbulls hurting or killing people. I do know a few people who have them and trained them and they have a good dog. It seems like people in the inner city sections of Boston get them, keep them tied up in the yard, have them fight and then it’s surprising when they attack someone. It’s basically like having a gun. Even if you had to have a license to get a Pittbull people would still get them illegally. The sad thing is that it’s an innocent animal who ends up suffering and gets euthanized or killed when they go after a person. So tired of it.

Credibility issues are a much bigger problem then the bootlickers let on. Lying about overtime, changing facts about cases, falsifying overtime documents all seem to be recurring issues. But one time some tech bro took a stapler home so its ok.

Joseph Solomon, who ran the city’s police department for nearly two decades, has been on paid leave since the state’s inspector general issued a scathing report in December concluding he helped draft labor contracts that benefited himself and his allies.

I am a former Police Supervisor, I have never been able to eliminate overtime. 10-20% is absolute bottom and even that interferes with normal functions. Hiring more officers is even more expensive. Add 25% to salary and live with it

City Council approved a contract that pays him more than $300,000 a year, making him one of the nation’s most highly paid law enforcement officials.

So $375,000 is fair?

The irony of the bolded part is infuriating. "He did something bad, so as punishment we're going to require him to do nothing while we give him money".

Oh look, more BPD overtime fraud. Surprise surprise. Forging her supervisors signature and stealing from the taxpayers.

“For years, Marilyn Golisano allegedly forged her supervisor’s signature and submitted scores of fraudulent overtime slips for work she did not do, cheating taxpayers out of at least $29,000,” said Joseph R. Bonavolonta, special agent in charge of the FBI Boston office"
