Malden is relatively acceptable.
What's wrong with Barnstable?

Drug problem, esp during the winter. Property taxes are higher than the surrounding towns. Where are you going to work.

That makes zero sense because Quincy is a lot nicer than Braintree and Weymouth.

So only nicer towns/cities should get this handout?

Meh I'd put Braintree a little above Quincy which might be slightly above Weymouth, but at the end of the day they're not all THAT far apart from one another.

Weymouth has a bad rep.

It probably has a worse than average drug problem, but other than that it's very middle of the road. It's mostly people from nearby affluent towns like Hingham who look down on it for its "middle of the road" qualities, or those "a tad above middle" like Braintree who like to "one up" slightly lower neighboring towns because that's just human nature.

Wasn’t the whole idea to get more people to buy in sh*tty towns like Lawrence or Brockton? Those with enough money to buy in Quincy definitely shouldn’t be getting a handout.

Even Lawrence and Brockton are way overpriced relative to wealth of the LOCAL population. We don't need any more incentives to make them even more expensive. Where are the poor impoverished folks with less than a $500K budget supposed to go next?
