You can say anything is a waste. People buy what they want.

Your house can be considered a waste too.

That's 18.75% over. Seems in line with the last one you posted.

Not if I bought a house the appropriate size where I'm making use of all the rooms and space. I don't have any unused rooms in my house.

You have a SFH with a yard and grass. Grass is a huge waste of water. They could have built a multifamily, condo or apartment so more people could live on that lot. There is a housing crisis. What a waste of space. You drive an Audi, why didn't you buy a Nissan Rogue instead? What a waste of money.

How is grass a huge waste of water if I let mother nature take care of watering it? There you go talking about cars again! I drive a Q8 vs a Nissan Rogue because the structure and safety cage ratings are superior. In addition, it's a much better driving car. Does anyone actually have fun and look forward to driving a Nissan Rogue every day? I know I wouldn't. P.S.- I don't buy my cars brand new either. I let some sucker pay for the depreciation then 2 yrs later when he/she wants a shiny new current model year object, I take the lightly used, low mileage one at a steep discount off their hands!
