There were no conflicting maps. Even Google's maps indicate the border is where the border is. You just never even bothered to look at a map, likely because you aren't very good at reading maps.

It's not a 'biased theory'. It is the truth. It's trusting a primary source over a secondary source.

Mortgage rates just hit their highest since 2002

"The average interest rate on a 30-year, fixed-rate home loan climbed to 7.09% this week, according to mortgage giant Freddie Mac. That's the highest it's been since April 2002 and comes after the Federal Reserve has raised interest rates aggressively in a bid to fight inflation."

A friend is looking right now and jumbos are 7.15%.

I couldn't imagine taking out a jumbo right now at 7.15%....talk about feeling like you're a slave to corporate America to keep that mcmansion roof over your head!

Exactly. Condos are so expensive now. Added onto one or two million is usually a very large condo fee. So you have mortgage and condo fees. It's insane.

Yes but every so often there’s a giant turd laid next to the car. He rents in the area and has a parking spot.
