They need to reno the kitchen so it's instagram worthy and they need botox to look like a Real Housewive of Massachusetts (I'm honestly surprised Bravo hasn't done a series based in MA yet w/all the keeping up w/the Jones' folks here!)

Hey, an SFH under 400k! You just have to live all the way out in the boonies of Worcester. Sold for just 231k in 2018.

No driveway....look at streetview. That could get inconvenient pretty quick having to walk up the hill to your front door with bundles in tow!

The need to renovate and have everything perfect and updated has played a role in the housing crisis.

Did they do any testing in the house to confirm if there were any sources of asbestos there?

That's a nice little house for a young couple looking in central MA. The lack of driveway could be problematic for some, but I lived in an apartment in Brighton for many years that required street parking and a climb up a decent flight of steps in front. I wouldn't want to live there as a retiree or someone with a large family, but I absolutely see the appeal of this listing, especially because of the price.

I feel like I'd have to go on antidepressants if I lived in Worcester.
