Boston area has a big influx of professionals especially those in IT and biotech.
Eventually the old socioeconomic perceptions of the towns may fade away, and location (in a pure geographical sense) becomes more important.

That is the old Somerville. The new Somerville is more in alignment with Lincoln. Most younger families or even just folks in general I've encountered from there came by way of Somerville/Cambridge.

Well, you've recently posted 2 houses with serious problems and also a nice house a stone's throw from high voltage power lines. None of them are bargains.

The thing is it's hard to say without knowing the extent of the problems. At least this one had photos. But it's probably correct to assume that there are no "bargains" in this current market, and that if something is priced that way there is a good reason.
