Here's one all the way out in Worcester that had a nice 35k cut today. They are still asking for 440k, which is almost 3k/month at 20% down. It's not the best House plus it has electric everything (?). Decent sized lot at least?

Probably could have had it for half in 2019. Only 18 DOM so far.

Worcester is 49 miles, 50 minutes to Boston you know...that's not that far out.
