Probably won't see 3% but 4-5% would be worth refinancing.

If you look at the history was sold in 2011 for 525,000 and that time also took time and first listing was 60k more.
That's not a house that appreciates 100% in 12 years..

The lines are pretty unsightly I suppose. If people are worried about getting cancer from them nothing has been proven and there are many other items people use daily that emit EMFs

Whether you believe it or not, it's going to affect resale and could pose a major problem when the market goes south.

I would think it would be sold by the time the market goes south which people have been saying for a few years now.

It's not about right now, but whether this buyer will be able to sell it 5-10 years down the road when they look to move again.

Well not everyone looks to move again. It depends on who moves into the house I guess. Many people are in their 'forvever' home.

Which is fine, but that of course limits the number of potential buyers or what they are willing to pay given the long term risk.

Is there even such a thing as a forever home anymore? With the way companies lay people off, people voluntarily switching jobs every couple years and move, etc. it seems the only people who can truly say they have a forever home is those who paid cash and don't need to depend on a high paying job to support their housing.

If you survive the first 5-7 years of homeownership you’re probably safe unless your industry evaporates.
