Thanks Tenn I will do that. However my husband will be working most weekend nights so the goings on in Memphis on the weekends will not be something we can partake in. He will be managing a country club and that won't leave weekends open for us, unfortunately..............

Just remember that Midtown is Memphis' first and largest suburb. It is the birthplace of urban sprawl in Memphis.

Memphis is big enough that basically any night of the week, you can find bands playing and bars packed. At least downtown and in midtown.

That is wonderful, where we are now there is nothing to do during the week and well, the weekends are taken by work!!

A lot goes on in the summer, but especially in the spring and fall when the weather is cooler (as in, below 105)

Sorry, defiepilex -- I missed your post. I love P&H, though with a little one, it's difficult to get down there much. Cool place, though. I know some guys who perform there from time to time.
