Well then in my opinion, considering this as a request for mental health help and not legal/home/security/physical wellbeing help, I recommend long-term inpatient psychotherapy.
With the utmost respect I do believe that Misty is in the right part of the forum and may even realize that a bit. This is an ongoing matter that many CD members are aware of as well as the police department. I truly wish Misty well and hope she gets the help she needs.

That has been suggested more than once. It needs to happen. She tends to think otherwise, at least that is the impression I get.
I feel bad. Actually a lot of us do. I know she takes some medication and has doctors but she needs to have it adjusted or something. I hope she knows that we truly worry about her.

This^^^^. I think Misty truly believes that scary people are hanging out in her back yard at night and stalking her during the day and that no one will help her. I wish she would talk to her mental health care provider about her medication and other treatment options.
Misty's main complaint has always been that despite the fact that she feels menaced, the police do not respond to her calls for help.
I tend to think it is possible that they have responded in the past and they have found nothing. Perhaps they are aware that her anxieties are a product of her mental state and not actual, tangible problems.
I did suggest to her, in another thread, that when she sees these people trespassing on her property, she play very loud, obnoxious music until the neighbors can no longer stand it and they call the police because of the noise. When LE shows up to ask her to turn it down, she can then call their attention to the interlopers in her yard. Unfortunately, she tends to ignore advice, or becomes defensive.
Truly, everyone would like to reach out to her, but she makes it impossible.
