No and no. I have to ask my husband the exact location but it's up by Bal Harbor, N. Miami Beach, Sunny Isles. It's definitely north of Eden Roc, but I'll post later exactly how far up. I wish I had a view like that!

Haulover beach is easily the nicest area of beachfront in the Miami area, with the whitest sand. It's almost Gulf Coast white.

Too bad the strategically placed black squares aren't there IRL.

I'd prefer living in Long Beach (outside of LA ) rather than living in Los Angeles itself.

With that said I believe living in Long Beach would be better overall than living in Miami.

Miami is great to visit in winter and spring, summer and fall I can imagine brutal.

Let's ask Ray "Bones" Barboni:

Limo Driver With Sign: Mr. Barbone? Welcome to L.A., I'm Bobby, your driver. I hope you had a pleasant flight.
Ray "Bones" Barboni: Yeah well, I hope you drive better than you ****ing spell, jack-off. My name is Barboni, not Barbone, okay!

Ray "Bones" Barboni: I'm from Miami-****in'-Beach and you wanna show me the ocean, huh? And what about sun, does it ever shine around here, or is this smog around all the time?
Limo Driver With Sign: They say the smog is the reason we have such beautiful sunsets.
Ray "Bones" Barboni: That's what they say, huh? What a bunch of ****in bull****.

Plenty of water to drink. I have a house in Miami but I would own a condo there in LA
