As for YaTuSabes, I have no idea what you're talking about, perhaps English isn't your first language but please improve your English skills.

Yeah, yeah, yeah; I'm aware that you used to live here. Key words: used to. And since you moved before BCC was developed, that fact isn't really relevant now, is it? Or do you have friends walk through the Centre for you every now and then and report back to you?

LOL. You forgot to mention your UN internship this time. Why is it that you feel the need to provide your resume' every time you're questioned about a comment you've made?

Oh, BTW, given that you lived in Miami for almost two decades, have a background in international business, are investing in the Miami World Centre, and know the developer personally, why is it that you were so surprised to learn that Bal Harbour is the most profitable shopping center in the country and has been for quite a few years. Going back to when you were living here, too, lol. So much for being an expert on shopping centers.

As I said in my original reply, we'll all be anxiously awaiting your informed analysis next year as to whether BCC is successful. Hey, maybe you can get an internship there and keep a close, personal eye on the place!

That new Casa Tua Cucina, next to Saks Fifth Avenue, is a winner!!...just ate there--very good, like a mini Eataly.

Ate at Cass tua. Very nice though the service was very poor. Saw them turn away guests that arrived 45 minutes before closing. Very unprofessional. Not the way you want to start out your tenure at BCC.

Besides that loved the food a decor.

Been there are few times now during the weekday, seems busy enough for the class of mall it is, and the restaurants are pretty busy, especially in the evenings. That is just a visual, have no idea how many people actually bought anything at the stores.

BCC is doomed. Mainly due to the increasing trend of buying online and your dear president who continues to insult people from all over the world. International shoppers will end up going to Mexico or other countries. it's just my opinion of course, I may be wrong.

For what it is worth, truly rich folks do not buy their clothes at places like BCC, UAWs do (under accumulators of wealth)

This is unsurprising for Miami though.
