Like Collier County to my south. They have troubles finding teachers, healthcare workers and law enforcement due to how it's very expensive to live here. They thought about building affordable housing at one time to attract them.

Even doctors they have troubles getting here in Southwest FL due to a shortage and not getting enough of them to move down here.

Here in FL the healthcare system is sub par. FL has troubles attracting good doctors. I hear that a lot of people who move here from up North.
