US army corp building

Renderings are located towards the bottom of the document. I just wish it wasn’t so suburban but it’s OK.
Wish they had gone UP with it. And not a great looking design. But it's Mobile. Create whatever, will be no argument.

Agree - it's not a very attractive building. I don't see 6 stories though. Looks like 4.

Looks like it's going to be in the parking lot of the Civic Center. Where will the Civic Center patrons park, or will it be relocated?

They are building a 1,250 car parking deck right next to it. That’s where all parking for the civic center is going

I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t think the parking deck would take up as much room as it does. The parking deck alone has a significantly larger footprint than the current theatre. I’m hoping that it doesn’t neuter a large portion of the site(like how Royal street has its entire potential wasted by having 5 giant parking decks). Claiborne street would just look like a more spread out version of riverview hotel and office building complex. A hotel, an office building, and a giant parking garage. Yay, just what we needed.
