another great month for single family buildings permits in Mobile County, 135 building permits issued for February in Mobile County. 31 permits issued in the Mobile Proper, 74 in the Unincorporated County. And the rest sprinkled among the rest of Mobile County cities

Baldwin County issued 258 permits in February

Mobile County is currently sitting at 284 permits issued so far in the first 2 months of 2024, a 430% increase from 2023; 3rd in the state so far this year for building permits issued behind Madison and Baldwin, slightly in front of Jefferson.

Looks like residential developers are really honing in on the North Side of Mobile, a subdivision application was submitted today for a 45 lot residential subdivision on Moffet Road. This actually in the newly annexed area that borders Semmes.
