Made an error, that's the 2022 number, September 2023 number is 194,179

So , I think people put businesses in some of the dumbest areas. Apparently Whit's Frozen Custard is coming Summit CT off of Schillinger. That location does make any sense !

The county populations (for July 2023) issued in late March 2024 should be interesting to see if those numbers are reflected.

That’s unemployment rate, which Mobile County (not Washington County) was sitting at 3% in August; for September, we are sitting at 2.9% unemployment

Official definition of Unemployment Rate and Labor Participation: The participation rate measures the percentage of Americans who are in the labor force. The unemployment rate measures the percentage of the labor force that is currently without a job. A high participation rate combined with a low unemployment rate is a sure sign of a robust job market.
