Years of shift work, and I was raised on a dairy farm. In the words of John Wayne, "we are burning daylight!"

And then I think of sharing a nursing home with Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, and run away screaming!

Dang, maybe rock music IS a potion of youth

Wow our board was full of new names the past few days, we must be moving into the big time
Since there is a post about the wolf hunt, (no debating here if you please) is anyone doing anything to get ready for the other hunts?
I pulled the last of the deer out of the freezer this morning, should I slow cook, pan fry or jerky it?
I saw a nice buck Saturday pawing the ground. Beautiful how he is nearly the same color as the wheat, sorry no camera on me.

What is it? Roast, steaks, ???? If it's a roast, put it in a slow cooker, all day on low. Of course, add all the appropriate side effects, onion, spices, etc...

Yes I am. I'm getting ready to re-post some items I have for sale on Craigslust even though I get zero legitimate responses. The Nigerian scammers that reply will soon be guided on a few major SNIPE HUNTS !
When I'm done playing with them I tell them off with lots of fowl (pun intended) language with a few choice disgusting pictures including one of a real Voodoo doll ! Yes I'm going hunting, --- hunting for scumbag thieves and scammers.

I think it would qualify as a small roast, yes the slow cooker it is. I will start it up before bedtime and wake up to a great smell
Anyone planing on any elk hunting? The few time I have been fortunate enough it was some rigorous work. The roast are sure worth it!
