Superman Returns
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0348150/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

There are some movies that have so many copycats, so many questionables, that it is just better to disregard them and sit back and enjoy the movie......and then, this movie does it in spades! Once into the movie, I forgot I watching a movie and was just in that world......and rather turned on, too! It reached out and grabbed a hold of my emotions. Easily a 10!

Experiment in Terror

A pretty good B&W thriller. Nice angles and it keeps one locked in all along the way. An hour passes before one realizes that they have been that long in the movie. An 8,2,

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1951264/?ref_=fn_al_tt_4

Ohhhhh, that was so disappointing. The basic problem is that it depends on the viewer having seen the first movie to know what is going on. Since I haven't, I had to disregard a lot and treat it as a Sheckley https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0790533/?ref_=tt_ov_wr world and as such, it works pretty well. UNFORTUNATELY, it depends on the viewer having seen the first movie and then it expects the viewer to see the next movie........and probably the one after that......and I don't go in for that kind of cheating. You think you have another 5-10 minutes of movie for there to be some kind of closure and it just ends (to have 10 minutes of credits).

Say a 5.0.

The Good Shepherd
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0343737/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Long, a little slow starting, and the flashbacks were troublesome but other than that, a decent movie to get lost in but not necessarily a pleasant flick. A good thing is that I really didn't see those playing the parts but just the characters though I must admit that for most of the players with significant parts.....I really don't know them anyhow. Its level of excitement is like The Resistance Banker so unless one is tuned like that, this flick could be rather boring. Say a 7.8.

That Funny Feeling

This is another movie I recall seeing on ARAMCO tv as a child only with this one, I've been wanting to ask the hive about it, where it opens up with the guy who has a party every night. Well, he didn't have a party every night but this is that flick. Very G rated enjoyable, a 9.4.

How many of you watch TUBI,it is free, and have some outstanding foreign movies/
Just watched a Turkish movie called Operation Cicero.
A British embassy in Turkey hired a local to be the personal valet of the ambassador during WWII.
The valet will steal important documents and sold to the Nazi for money.
He fell in love with a lady who works for the Nazi who paid for the documents, she has a child with Down Syndrome.
Hitler wants to rid all the misfits and her child is on the list.
She went to the British and told them they have a mole in their embassy code name Cicero.in exchange for visas to go to Switzerland with her son.
But the British said this is not good enough, she must identify who is Cicero.
To make a long story short, the spy code name Cicero stole documents of when the Allied will attack the German for 600,000 British pounds in exchange for her and her son to go to Switzerland.
The Nazi got the documents, unfortunately Cicero has changed the date of the attack.
Anyway Cicero is promoted by the Turkey goverment to promote the republic,'
Beautiful scenery,people,fashion,good acting too.
TUBI is free.
