Yes, I thought Rachel Getting Married was boring as well, not sure why she won for that....can't remember if she won a Golden Globe or Oscar. I started watching Melancholia & just could not get into it but I figured it would be a pretty depressing watch.

The Intern on HBO. Basically Vince Vaugn running his standard patter, they probably didn't even have a script.

I'm a irritable pessimist with a total soft spot for underdog stories with a happy ending though so it was ok mindless entertainment even though it wasn't really all that good.

A Night In Old Mexico, starring Robert Duvall. Duvall was entertaining as usual, but the movie wasn't very interesting.

"The Onion Field" (1979) Crime Drama based on the 1973 nonfiction book by Joseph Wambaugh, a sergeant for the Los Angeles Police Department. The story is based on the kidnapping of two plainclothes LAPD officers by a pair of criminals and the subsequent murder of Officer Ian James Campbell.

They Came Together - Paul Rudd, Amy Poehler. A send up of Rom Com's. I had read part of a review months ago about it not being great but Rudd and Poehler's chemistry saved it.

NOT. Their chemistry is ok but it in no way saved this movie.

Choppy, very direct sort of send up jokes, not funny, some downright weird. I don't think I've ever been as bored. 7.00 On Demand, total waste of money. No surprise this got a 68 on RT vs. 52 for the audience when I checked. Should have checked before I watched.

Interestingly Wet Hot American Summer is playing on HBO, 2001 movie with Paul Rudd, Amy Poehler and a lot of the other same people. IDK their names, the guys that played demons in Reaper, the main detective in L&O Special Vicitims/Oz. Of course Wet Hot American Summer has Bradley Cooper having gay sex, he's not in They Came Together.

Re-watched "The Three Musketeers" from 2011. I love to watch Christoph Waltz and also Mads Mikkelsen. Quite funny and entertaining.

Despicable Me. I laughed so hard

RED 2. Quite okay.
